Shippment
Due to the nature of the products, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 working days from the date of placing the order. If the estimated time exceeds this time, we will contact you. as soon as possible to notify the new delivery deadline.
All miniatures are packaged in protective padded packaging. The shipment of orders will be made with recycled materials in most cases.

Pick-up delivery
Our store pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We'll send you a message when your order is ready for pickup. Our Store is located on Calle Sol 9, Granada (Spain)
Returns
Once the order is received, you have 14 days to check the status of the order. If during this period, you want to return the order, send an email to contacto@forja3d.es, indicating the order number, and we will tell you how to proceed with the return. The customer will be responsible for the expenses caused by the return
