Shippment

Due to the nature of the products, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 working days from the date of placing the order. If the estimated time exceeds this time, we will contact you. as soon as possible to notify the new delivery deadline.

All miniatures are packaged in protective padded packaging. The shipment of orders will be made with recycled materials in most cases.

Free EU shipping for orders over 120€.

Returns

Once the order is received, you have 14 days to check the status of the order. If during this period, you want to return the order, send an email to contacto@forja3d.es, indicating the order number, and we will tell you how to proceed with the return. The customer will be responsible for the expenses caused by the return

Envíos y devoluciones

Envío

Los envíos serán tramitados por Correos Express. Debido a la naturaleza de los productos, el plazo estimado de envío es de 10 días laborables desde la realización del pedido, en caso que el tiempo estimado supere este plazo, nos pondremos en contacto con ud. a la mayor brevedad para notificar el  nuevo plazo de envío.

El envío de los pedidos será realizado con materiales reciclados en la mayoría de las ocasiones.

Los gastos de envío incluyen el embalaje, así como los gastos de la agencia de transporte.

Si el pedido supera los 60€, los gastos de envío son gratuitos.

Devoluciones

Una vez recibido el pedido, tiene 14 días para comprobar el estado del mismo. Si durante este periodo, quiere devolver el pedido, mande un correo a contacto@forja3d.es, indicando el número de pedido, y te indicaremos como proceder a la devolución. El cliente se hará cargo de los gastos ocasionados por la devolución (7,00€).
